New Legal Drama For B&B Alum Tylo
The Wrap reports that Holly Gagnier (ex-Cassie, OLTL; ex-Ivy, DAYS) is being sued by her former ballet teacher, Patricia McCoy, who alleges that Gagnier tried to sabotage a deal between McCoy and Hunter Tylo (ex-Taylor, B&B) to produce a movie version of McCoy's 1999 tome, The American Dream Has Put Our Souls To Sleep, in which Tylo would star. In the suit, McCoy claims that Gagnier called Tylo's manager to discourage Tylo from working with McCoy on the grounds that she is verbally abusive and deceptive. McCoy, who is suing over defamation/slander, intentional interference with written contract, among other charges, says that as a result, she has suffered “a loss of her reputation, shame, mortification, and hurt feelings all to her general damage in a sum to be proven at trial.
