Vivica A. Fox (Candace, EMPIRE) has joined the cast of THE BAY for season 4 as Dr. Angela Foster, a tough as nails psychiatrist at Bay University Hospital. “Vivica and I have crossed paths on several projects, but I’ve yet to have the opportunity to work with her on a director-to-actor capacity,” noted Creator/Director/ Executive Producer Gregori J. Martin in a release. “She’s such a talented actress and I’m very much looking forward to having her on this season. I’ve been a fan of her work for years.” Additionally, Sean Patrick Flanery (ex-Sam, Y&R) has been tapped to portray Sara’s (Mary Beth Evans) younger brother Ty.
