Although all of Jeffrey’s past hasn’t yet been revealed, we do know that two years before he moved to town, he and Dinah traveled Europe, impersonating Prince Richard and Princess Cassie. Originally, he was suspected of having plastic surgery to pass himself off as Prince Richard as part of a federal investigation.

Currently they are dating. Jeffrey helped her get over losing baby Hope, whom he had also grown attached to.
