Fan fave Kelly Monaco took a brief break from the role of GH’s Sam in January. She is already back in the studio filming, but in her absence, the show tapped Lindsay Hartley (ex-Theresa, PASSIONS; ex-Arianna, DAYS) to replace her. Hartley, who also filled in for Monaco in August 2020, will pay Sam for a handful of episodes beginning on February 3.
