Also that year, Simon had to restrain a jealous Katie from sticking it to rival Ruby.
Katie was sure that she’d win Simon’s love that summer, when she and Henry got stuck on a deserted island where she was searching for Frasier’s missing diamond. First, they found hermit Cooley (Don Chastain).
Katie lost the diamond, but brought home best bunny pal Snickers from her castaway caper. 
By the end of 2001, Simon finally gave in and confessed his love to Katie. With friends and family, including her brother, Craig (Hunt Block), in attendance, they embarked on a great marital adventure.
With little to occupy her time, newlywed Katie became a fitness-video guru in the spring of 2002, thanks to the influence of revenge-minded mystery woman Dahlia. But before things went awry, Katie got to work out with a bunch of sizzling New York City firemen.
