By 2000, Katie had a job at WOAK and set out to ruin anchorwoman Molly while winning over crush Holden (Jon Hensley), who had to rescue Katie when her scheming made her the target of Molly’s stalker.
That Halloween, after being kicked out of Craig’s masquerade ball because her bad deeds had been exposed and everyone hated her, Katie drowned her sorrows in a bottle — and lost her virginity to a conveniently available Simon (Paul Leyden).
By 2001, Katie had shifted her obsessive focus to in-name-only hubby Simon. Partner-in-crime Henry (Trent Dawson) went above and beyond the call of duty to assist with a fake-pregnancy scam designed to help Katie keep her man.
