Jessica: Harmony’s Hooker

Comments

PASSIONS’ Danica Stewart reports that Jessica’s recent turn as a turner-of-tricks caught even her by surprise.

“I love getting my scripts, because they’re always throwing something new at me. I was, like, ‘What am I doing today?’ Then I read through the script, and I was, like, ‘I’m doing what?'” recalls Stewart with a laugh.

Next stop on Stewart’s transformation to prostitute: wardrobe. “I went for my fitting, and I was, like, ‘I’m going to be wearing this? This is an actual outfit?’ They were shocking to me,” confesses Stewart. “I couldn’t believe people actually wear this stuff. It’s crazy! I had to convince myself that I am Jessica in this outfit, not Danica!”

Stewart also had to do convincing, or at least preparing, of her mother. “I was, like, ‘Um, Mom? I don’t think you’re going to be able to watch these episodes.’ She was, like, ‘I don’t think so, either. Whenever I see you with Spike (actor Christopher Maleki) — you two are so good together, it really creeps me out. I really think it’s my baby doing these horrible things!’ So I don’t think she’ll be tuning in very much,” Stewart adds with a laugh.

But that won’t stop her mother from peeking, like any “good” train wreck. “She’s still so excited whenever I get my scripts. She’s, like, ‘What are you doing now? I have to know!’ I’m loving my storyline. People say, ‘You’re such a bad girl,’ but that’s what’s so great about it!”
