Jason Canela, who joined the cast of Y&R as Arturo in February 2018 as Nikki’s paramour, announced on social media that he is leaving the soap. “When I signed my 1 year contract with YnR I was excited because for the first time in 3 years living in this city I was able to call a studio like ‘Television City’ home,” he posted. “add to that the incredible people I’ve had the pleasure of working with to create genuine relationships with…. I want to send all my love and positive vibes to the YnR fans who have been so welcoming since day1!
