Heather Locklear (ex-Amanda, MELROSE PLACE et al) has reportedly been hospitalized for psychiatric evaluation, according to TMZ.com. The site obtained the 911 dispatch call that claimed the actress was acting erratically and was looking for a gun to shoot herself. Locklear was arrested for domestic violence in February following a fight with boyfriend Chris Heisser. She’s also dealt with substance abuse issues in the past.
