Reva woke up in Billy’s bed, and Cassie showed up shortly afterward looking for Josh. Billy told Cassie he didn’t know anything about his brother’s whereabouts. Reva invited Cassie in and gave Billy the boot. Reva promised that she was fine with Cassie and Josh being a couple and tried to cover her pain in front of her sister. Billy called Reva and told her that he was with Josh, who was swearing off women. Reva asked Billy to send a text message from Josh’s phone. Cassie received a text from “Josh” asking her to meet him, and Reva encouraged her to go to him. Meanwhile, Josh was taking out his aggression at a construction site. Billy found Josh there, and Josh wondered what life would have been like without the Shaynes. Billy said it would have been more boring, but Josh countered that they were driving him insane. Billy claimed that Josh’s insanity was his own fault for loving both Reva and Cassie. Reva met Billy in a parking garage where she had arranged for Cassie and Josh to be stuck together, like the night of the blackout. She stayed to watch the reunion, but Cassie misunderstood the message and went to the wrong location. Instead, Josh and Reva were locked together.
Ava couldn’t imagine taking Emma’s mother away from her, but Coop argued that maybe it would be easier to protect Emma if Olivia wasn’t around. Coop and Ava were fooling around when Alan-Michael knocked on the door and informed Ava that there was a crisis at Spaulding that required her attention. Coop was annoyed by Alan-Michael’s interruption, but Ava agreed to go into work. Alan-Michael told Ava that Olivia had been brought in by the police and urged her to take advantage of the Spaulding assets to protect herself. Ava got into the elevator with the hitman.
Olivia asked Frank if she was under arrest. He explained that she wasn’t…yet, but he had to ask her some questions. Buzz blasted Frank for using him to get to Olivia. Buzz asked Olivia if she tried to run Ava down. She told Buzz that she wasn’t in her right mind but that she did go gunning for Ava. Buzz promised that he still loved Olivia, but she needed help and he wasn’t sure he was the man to provide it. Teen Olivia taunted Olivia that no man had ever chosen her over his family and Buzz wouldn’t either. Teen Olivia also insisted that it was a mistake to go looking for the child she had given up. The hitman left a message for Olivia that he still planned to kill Ava, then got the scoop on her from Ashlee. Olivia got the hitman’s message and frantically tried to reach Frank to stop the hit, but the D.A. reminded Olivia that she’d go to prison if Ava testified, then sent Olivia back to the interrogation room. Buzz confessed to Coop that he didn’t know what to believe about Olivia anymore.
