Lizzie wrote a letter for Coop with help from Roxy and informed him and Marina that she was leaving for Switzerland that night. Outside Company, Lizzie and Beth made plans for their first day in Switzerland. Alan arrived and ordered Beth not to leave the country with Lizzie and James, but the women remained resolute in their decision. When Beth told Alan that Hilda was packing in the attic, he rushed back to the mansion and Beth followed. Coop read Lizzie’s note, and a surprised Marina noted that he was going to miss Lizzie! She urged Coop to go after Lizzie, which he did, but the pair immediately got into an argument about the way that she closed the letter: “Sincerest regards from your employer.” Just as Coop reached out to stop Lizzie from rushing off, the newspaper was delivered, announcing the bounty on Harley. Coop insisted that Alan was behind the bounty, but Lizzie disagreed, leading to another fight which ended with both storming away.

Gus and Harley’s make-out session was interrupted by the ringing of the ice cream truck bell. The newspaper delivery boy demanded ice cream in exchange for the paper, claiming to operate on the barter system. Gus spotted the headline about Harley but didn’t show her the newspaper. Instead, he informed her that they needed to go to New York as soon as possible to track down the person behind the mysterious messages. Gus decided to go to the Spaulding mansion to check the Spaulding security tapes for clues and ordered Harley to wait behind in the truck. Harley, not a lady good at taking orders, headed straight for Harley’s Angels to get supplies for their investigation, where she was caught by a security guard. Harley successfully posed as Alexandra and he let her go, even helping her to carry out the items, but she ran right into Lizzie. Meanwhile, Gus snooped around Alan’s attic hideaway and was found by his father. Under questioning, Alan admitted to taking out the bounty. Gus opened Alan’s briefcase, which Gus believed held the bounty money, but was actually where Alan hid the bloody gloves, while Alan secretly held a gun on his son.

Frank announced to Danny that since Marina cared for him, Frank would have to trust him, and the men bonded over beers (What is it with all the outdoor drinking this week?). Frank urged Danny to reach out to Marina, and he promised he would…if she ever let him get within five feet of her. Danny fantasized that Marina and he reconciled, while she daydreamed that he would take her away from work and kiss her. Then real Danny came into Company and told real Marina that he would call her later that night.
