Harley and Gus got dressed for Josh’s fund-raiser party. She thought he was being surly because he was worried that Phillip was still out there. She wondered what else was going on with him. He said he didn’t like sharing her with anyone else.
Coop arrived at Cedars, thinking Lizzie had just miscarried. Not me, Lizzie explained — my mom. Coop asked how Alan was dealing with the news. Lizzie told him that Beth was furious at Alan. Alan told Lizzie about what Beth learned about Phillip. She said she didn’t want her dad near her baby. Alan said that’s why Phil wanted to stay away, so he wouldn’t hurt his family. She was furious that Alan helped hide Phillip, and said she didn’t want her grandfather anywhere near her, either.
The extended Lewis family and various friends showed up at Company for Josh’s fund-raiser party. Reva told Cassie that she had to go meet a Mr. Harrison about a possible donation. Josh grabbed her and asked to go with her. Reva said she had to do it alone. He asked if it was gonna be “one of those meetings.” She grinned and said she was doing it all for him. Cassie complimented Harley’s outfit, while Harley asked how Jeffrey was. “Wow, we really haven’t talked in a long time,” Cassie said, telling Harley about her breakup. Lynn the waitress handed Gus some wine. He took a pill. Josh asked what Gus’s secret with Harley was, how he kept her by his side a lot. Gus never answered. The new district attorney, Doris Wolfe, came in with Ashlee, looking for Jonathan. Cassie told the DA that this was a private party. She said that harboring a criminal is a felony, because Ashlee had apparently gotten drunk at Outskirts, and then been pulled over for DUI. Jonathan said he kicked her out of the bar, but Doris insisted that she had witnesses. Harley realized Gus was high and pulled him out of the restaurant, while Doris told everyone that Ash was her daughter and ordered that Jon be arrested.
At the police station, Cassie tried to defend Jonathan, saying that Doris was letting her personal feelings get in the way. Tammy tried to protest, then asked Cassie to call Jeffrey or Josh for help. Cassie sarcastically said that of course Jonathan would never get Ashlee drunk. She did offer to do what she could, but said that Jon had to stay away from Josh’s project so as not to mess it up.
At the hospital, Reva started chemotherapy with Dr. McCabe. He wondered how she was going to keep her condition a secret with the side effects. She said she just wanted to protect her family.
Harley brought Gus home, and they fought. Gus screamed that she’s screwed everything up, because she slept with Mallet.
