Harley and Gus located the hotel that resembled the logo on the stationery. They went to the desk, but this time, skipped the long story about why they needed to find this goatee guy. They gave the clerk a picture. The clerk said that guy was Steve Wallace who was there all the time. Gus and Harley were overjoyed. The clerk said that Wallace was currently staying at the hotel. Gus and Harley asked a few more questions, but clerk started to get suspicious and noted that the picture looked like it was taken from a security camera. Gus and Harley went away and celebrated this victory in the corner, while the clerk looked at a mug shot of Harley on the cover of a tabloid. He dialed 911. The cops came, but Gus pummeled them so Harley could make a getaway. Gus followed her and the duo managed to lose them. They hid out in an alleyway and planned to get back to the ice cream truck. Gus and Harley ran through the streets of New York with the cops hot on their trail. They ducked into a building and closed the door. They started wandering in the dark, but a cop grabbed Harley. Gus told the guy to let her go. He did, then added that he just wanted to rehearse the scenes before they went on. Gus and Harley looked around and realized they were on a soap opera stage.
In a Chicago hotel room, Marina laughed that she felt like she was in a bad movie, you know, with the bounty hunters and all. Danny asked Marina to follow his lead because this was a tricky situation. Cut to Sebastian who was wandering the hotel. He slipped a hotel guy some cash and asked if Gus Aitoro was in this place. Back in Danny’s suite, he and Marina talked about Chicago and their relationship. Danny assured Marina that he wanted her. There was a knock on the door — the clerk brought up some linens. Sebastian overheard the conversation and paid the clerk again. Inside the room, Danny directed Marina to where his T-shirts were. He tried not to look as she changed, but he got a few peaks in. Marina got into bed and pulled the sheets up. Danny tossed and turned in the chair, but Marina got up and asked him into bed. Danny said it was driving him crazy, Marina being so close. The two started kissing. Oh, it’s another fantasy! Okay, so now Marina told him to come over to the bed. They cryptically talked about how they weren’t going to do it. Marina thanked him for helping her family, but then sighed that Michelle is always there with them. Danny noted that Marina talks about Michelle more than he does. Outside, Seb called Alan and said it was a set-up. It was Danny, not Gus, who was in Chicago.
Dinah listened to the recording of Edmund talking about his machinations. Inside the barn, Edmund announced that all of this painting had left him famished. He suggested that he and Cassie dine at Towers. She kissed him, then skipped off into the house to change. Dinah came into the barn and told Edmund to keep his energy, um, up — she needed a man tonight. Cassie popped in and wondered what he and Dinah were talking about. Dinah brushed it off and told those crazy kids to enjoy their meal. Edmund suggested that he and Cassie nix Towers stay at the farm for the night. She agreed. They ate strawberries and whipped cream and told each other they loved each other. Edmund promised that he would never hurt Cassie again. They got all hot and bothered and shirts came off. Dinah came in just as the two were getting dressed. After Edmund left, Dinah told Cassie there was something she needed to hear, then pressed play on the recorder. It was Sandy, saying rambling on about love. Dinah quickly covered and said that Cassie should be more concerned about with whom her daughter gets involved. Edmund said Dinah was being ridiculous, but Cassie got weepy and ran off to find Tammy. Cassie thanked Dinah and left. Dinah threw the tape recorder against the wall.
Reva walked into the elevator at Towers — and right into Nate. He asked her about her day off. They talked about how Reva was going to handle Jonathan. At the Towers bar, Jonathan, looking sad, had a flashback to Nate speaking harshly to him. Tammy approached and Jonathan tried to give her the cold shoulder. Reva came in and bumped right into Jonathan, spilling a drink he had gotten for Tammy. Reva apologized, but acted all weird toward Jonathan. She pulled him away from the crowd and accused him of drugging Tammy’s drink. Jon denied it, but Reva said that Nate told her what was going on. Furious, Jonathan emptied his pockets to show Reva that he wasn’t carrying. Turned out, he was. Jonathan said he had no idea how drugs ended up in his pocket. It had to be a set-up, he exclaimed. Reva grabbed Tammy and two marched out. Dinah approached Jonathan, but he didn’t pay her any attention. He went outside and ran into Nate. Jonathan realized it was Nate who planted those drugs on him. Nate said he did it as a favor so Jon could see that Reva really wasn’t on his side. Jonathan insisted the Nate was wrong about Reva. Nate grabbed him and said that he was the only person Jonathan could trust. Inside Towers, Reva warned Tammy to stay away from Jonathan. Sandy appeared and embraced Reva. She quickly left and some papers dropped. Sandy bent down to look through them and got a weird look on his face. Sandy’s cell phone rang. He picked it up and ran off.
