Gus received a call from the contractor for his and Harley’s house, and he was forced to admit that he didn’t know where Harley could be found. Buzz warned Gus that his crazy behavior made it difficult for Harley to be with him. Buzz urged Gus to fix his problem.
Meanwhile, Mallet and Dinah made pillow talk about their wedding … and the honeymoon. Harley called and asked Mallet to watch out for Gus, just as Gus showed up looking his wife. Gus was angry to find Mallet talking to Harley and urged Dinah to wake up and realize what was going on. Gus left and Mallet announced that he suspected Gus of sending the threatening notes. Dinah, however, was unconvinced.
Tammy startled Dr. McCabe, wondering where in the hospital she should go to find Lizzie, who was scheduled to have a sonogram. Meanwhile, Reva trapped Jonathan in the room where Lizzie was having her sonogram. Jonathan and Lizzie learned that the baby is a girl. Jonathan asked Lizzie if Coop would be a good father, and she promised that he would. She begged him to give the baby a chance to be happy. In the hallway, Jonathan encountered Reva and informed her that he hadn’t changed his mind about claiming the baby.
When he spotted an unsteady Reva, Dr. McCabe told her they needed to talk, but she blew him off to chat with Tammy. A beaming Tammy said that she and Jonathan had come to a whole new place in their relationship, and she remained optimistic about their future. Tammy and Lizzie went to Company to plan Lizzie’s baby shower, while Reva was tracked down on Main St. by McCabe, who explained that her cancer was spreading. Reva ordered the doc to find someone else who is really sick, “Because that person is not me.”
Coop and Ava’s argument turned heated and they began kissing on her bed. Jonathan stormed in and tore a half-naked Coop off of Ava. Jonathan reminded Coop that he has a baby on the way, and more important things to worry about than sex. Jonathan left, and Coop and Ava came back to reality. Coop sought out Lizzie at Company and asked her to marry him.
Reva tried again to talk Jonathan out of walking away from the child, warning that he wasn’t going to be there forever. Jonathan shoved Reva, trying to break free from her grasp. Meanwhile, Gus smoked and drank, and then got into his car, popping pills. Gus sped toward Reva, who was on the ground. Jonathan dove toward her….
