Josh broke the news to Cassie that he was bound for Oklahoma. Cassie fantasized about asking Josh not to go but told him that she thought his trip was a good idea. After her surgery, Reva wanted to call Josh, but Dr. McCabe wanted to be sure she had really thought through her decision first. Reva snatched the phone and called Billy instead. She asked him to keep an eye on Josh and deflect her husband’s questions. Josh overheard Billy talking to Reva and railed against his brother. Billy worked to convince Josh not to go to Oklahoma, to no avail. Josh realized that Reva’s story didn’t make sense, and she was hiding something (Gee. Really?).

Reva asked Colin how he became a doctor. He revealed when his twin sister died from the disease, he set out to get revenge on cancer. Reva grabbed Colin’s hand and told him that she didn’t want to die. “I won’t let you die,” the doc responded. She thanked him.

Tammy received a text message from Jonathan and rushed off to the airport, where she had been informed a ticket would be waiting for her. Meanwhile, at Alan’s island getaway, Alan promised Jonathan that Tammy was on the way. To make the house and a life with Tammy his, all Jonathan needed to do was to sign away his parental rights. Jonathan agreed but wrote in the condition that Reva would be part of the baby’s life. Tammy arrived and wanted to know why Jonathan had taken off and whether he had made any decisions. Jonathan explained that he split to figure out how to win Tammy back: Nothing mattered to him except being with Tammy. They kissed. Jonathan explained that the island house was theirs and lied about how he purchased it. Tammy insisted that his baby needs Jonathan, but they decided to have sex first and discuss Lizzie’s bun in the oven later.

Gus went to Cedars to attend a Narcotics Anonymous Meeting but got the word that there was a jumper on the hospital roof. Lizzie’s faked suicide attempt went horribly wrong when the scaffolding she was standing on began to collapse. Gus rescued the young Spaulding schemer as Harley looked on. Lizzie told Alan and Beth that she had felt the baby kick and realized that she was really going to have a daughter. Lizzie promised to never put her child in danger again, but Beth and Alan didn’t believe that Lizzie could handle being a mother. Harley followed Gus to their house, where he told her that he was clean.
