Jonathan cracked up when he found Lizzie in the shower. He started to leave, but she grabbed his hand, and then wrapped herself in a towel before making sure he wasn’t weirded out by walking in on her. She asked him if she looked gross being pregnant, because she felt like she wouldn’t be attractive again. He told her that she didn’t have anything to worry about just as Tammy walked in, not looking pleased. Lizzie claimed that she had forgotten a towel and that Jon had brought her one. Liz and Jon started screaming at each other, while Tams brought her a bathrobe. Tammy made it clear that even though she shared an apartment with Lizzie, that’s all they share. Then she pointed out to Jonathan that even though he and Lizzie insisted that nothing would ever happen between them, that they already had been together, hence the baby. He assured her that he could never cheat on her. She was still mad, but they kissed. Outside the room, Lizzie fought her feelings for the father of her baby. She pulled off her engagement ring from Coop (she’s still wearing that?) and promised herself that she was going to move on. Lizzie heard a frisky Jon and Tams come out of the bathroom and hid in the closet. They made plans to go to the Greek Festival later, while Lizzie longingly watched them kiss. Later, when Tammy was gone, Lizzie told Jon that she had a sonogram appointment, but left her car in the shop. She said it was an important appointment, because the doctors were going to check for genetic markers. He got worried, and offered to drop her off. Lizzie triumphantly followed him out the door. Outside Company, Tammy thought she heard Jonathan approaching, but it was Alan.
RJ asked Cassie if he could go to the Greek Festival with a friend of his, leaving Cassie to ponder if her plans to go to the festival with Josh means it will be an actual date. Cassie had three fantasies about being with Josh, and Reva catching them together. In the first, Reva was happy for them, saying that they deserved each other. In the second, Reva screamed at her for stealing her husband. In the third, Josh went back to Reva after she apologized to him for leaving town.
Billy asked a jubilant Josh if he was going on a date, and reminded him of life with Reva. Josh told his brother to stay out of the situation and to stop taking Reva’s side. Later, he sat home reflecting on Billy’s words about how Reva will be coming home soon, and that she’s always loved him. He picked up the phone and left someone a message, saying he had to cancel.
Colin told Reva that the bone marrow transplant didn’t work and that her white-cell count is too low. He said that he’d tried everything, but there is nothing else he can do for her. He couldn’t tell her how long she had left, but suggested that she make peace with her family. She kicked Colin out, and broke down in tears. Billy comforted her, before breaking down himself. She calmed him down and then was determined to tell Josh about being sick. She thanked him for always being with her, but said she has to tell Josh on her own. Once alone, Billy pulled out a small bottle of alcohol.
Reva arrived at Main Street where the Greek Festival was taking place and spotted Josh across the square. She steeled herself to tell him the truth, but before she could, she saw him buy flowers and thought he was meeting Olivia. Instead, he greeted Cassie and gave her the flowers, telling her that she looked radiant. He told her he cancelled running a Lewis Construction booth because he wanted to spend time with her. Reva saw them hold hands.
