Harley and Gus rescued Tammy from being held at gunpoint by a pair of thugs at Company. Remy arrived, and Tammy passed out. Meanwhile, Jonathan fretted to Lizzie that Tammy had been gone for too long. Lizzie teased Jonathan that he was staring to care for their baby, but Jonathan countered that he only cared about Tammy. Remy phoned Jonathan to report that Tammy had been hospitalized; he and Lizzie took off for Cedars.

Cassie stopped Josh from kissing her. Josh warned that Jeffrey would only cause her pain. Cassie accused her brother-in-law of trying to kiss her to prove a point, but he said it was because he wanted to feel something was right in his life. Cassie reminded him that their attraction was wrong and “would kill” Reva (oh, if they only knew…). Cassie promised not to run to Jeffrey anymore and then was informed about Tammy’s injury.

At the hospital, Jonathan learned from Remy that Tammy had suffered a brain contusion. Lizzie questioned Alan about his role in Tammy’s mishap, but he didn’t give anything away. Alan called his thugs to scold them for being unsuccessful in their kidnapping attempt. Jonathan, Cassie, Lizzie and Josh sat by Tammy’s bedside.

Colin woke Billy and broke the news that the doctors were unable to harvest his bone marrow for Reva because his years of drinking had compromised the cells. Meanwhile, Reva had another dream about Josh. When she awoke, Reva informed the ailing little girl in the next germ-free room that the name she was calling in her sleep — Joshua — was her husband’s. Reva tried to tell the little girl a PG-13 version of her life story. Billy overheard Reva reminiscing, and he sadly told Reva that he was supposed to be her mystery donor, but his drinking had made him ineligible. Billy sniffled that like his bone marrow, he wasn’t good enough for Reva. Reva refused to allow Billy to wallow in self-pity. Billy argued that the time had come to tell Josh about Reva’s cancer. Colin stormed in and ordered Reva to contact her family to search for a bone marrow donor. “Playtime is over,” he spat. After Billy asked Reva if she wanted to die, Reva finally called Josh and told her husband that she needs his help….

Harley gave her farewell speech at Spaulding and prepared to name her successor.
