Billy annoyed Reva by fussing over her, but she was optimistic about her prognosis. Unfortunately, Dr. McCabe got bad news at the hospital, and headed to Reva and Billy’s cottage. McCabe explained that Reva’s cancer had spread, and she would need to return to the clinic for more treatment. Reva promised Billy that she would beat the cancer but was disheartened to learn that she would need more chemo and radiation and a stem cell transplant, and a bone marrow transplant too, if those other measures were unsuccessful. She would also need to go into isolation. Reva asked McCabe to tell her when it was time to give up so that she could say goodbye to her family. The doc promised that the time had not yet come, but if it did, he would tell her.

Cassie lied to Josh that they had to go New York immediately, hoping to get her brother-in-law out of sight and out of mind. On the way to the airport, Cassie and Josh were pulled over by a police officer. Cassie tried to charm the officer, but to no avail. The police officer asked Cassie to open her trunk: He had pulled her over because a piece of luggage was hanging out. When Cassie opened the trunk, Josh noticed that she hadn’t packed a suitcase for herself. Cassie revealed that they weren’t going to New York — she was sending Josh to Minnesota to be with Reva! An angry Josh insisted that he was done following Reva. Cassie grew frustrated and blurted out that she has feelings for Josh and needed him to be with Reva so that she would stop wanting him. Cassie apologized for her outburst, but Josh replied that she shouldn’t be sorry: He has the same feelings for her!

Lizzie supervised as the Spaulding maid packed her belongings so that Lizzie could move in with Tammy and Jonathan. When Alan arrived home and saw all of Lizzie’s packed boxes, he trotted out his evil psychologist, hoping to change Lizzie’s mind. Lizzie, however, refused to be bullied any longer and left.

“You are a freak!” Jonathan laughed to Tammy when she told him that she was proud that he had agreed to move in with Lizzie. Tammy and Jonathan had sex to make up for the time they’d be losing by living with Lizzie. Ms. Spaulding interrupted their pillow talk, arriving with her dog, much to Jonathan’s annoyance. Lizzie got a call from her doorman, who explained that the bank had foreclosed on her penthouse. Lizzie immediately realized that her grandfather was behind the move. They decided to all move into Tammy and Jonathan’s room at The Beacon. Lizzie’s mountain of boxes were delivered, and Tammy realized the might be allergic to Lizzie’s pooch. Tammy and Jonathan left to pick up food and allergy meds. When Lizzie was left alone, Alan’s shady psychiatrist arrived, accompanied by two goons.
