Alan reminded Beth that their marriage was over and he hoped that the divorce would be as painless as possible. Beth warned that he was in for a
fight. Doris and Beth clashed as the DA explored her new home. Doris claimed that if Beth contested the divorce, she and Lizzie would end up with nothing. Beth spat that she would outlast Doris as she had the Spaulding brides before her. Cassie arrived and told Alan that she had been watching him. Beth sympathetically told Cassie to go home. Ashlee told an unimpressed Alan, “You’ll be my first real dad.” Lizzie and Beth vowed to fight for what
belonged to them. Doris and Alan held a press conference where Doris announced that Gillespie was solely responsible for Tammy’s death and Alan claimed he would create a scholarship in Tammy’s memory.

Cassie urged Josh to visit Reva instead of accompanying her to the movies. Cassie claimed that she would see the flick alone, but went to see Alan instead. Josh surprised Reva at Outskirts. Reva mourned that Jonathan and
Tammy didn’t get to enjoy a long life together and never had children of their own. “The Spauldings destroy everything they touch,” she lamented. Reva sent Josh on his way, claiming that Cassie needed him more than she
did. Cassie confessed to Josh about her encounter with Alan. Upset after viewing Alan’s press conference, Cassie had a vision of a vengeful Tammy,
who ordered her to stop Alan before he could hurt anyone else.

Harley believed it was impossible that Daisy knew Gillespie, but Daisy
confessed on the stand, “The truth is I loved him.” The lawyer for Sydney’s
biological family accused Daisy of being on drugs and behind the wheel
during Tammy’s accident. Gus interrupted and explained that Daisy couldn’t have been driving because he pulled her out of the back seat. Harley was angry over Gus’ deception. Jeffrey argued to have Daisy’s testimony stricken from the record because it wasn’t directly related to the custody battle, but the judge argued that it was relevant. The judge announced he would make his decision on Monday.
