As Reva groused about being coddled, Josh checked her into the Beacon. She wanted to call Billy so Josh had to admit that his brother was being arraigned. Reva remembered Billy drinking and Josh confessed he hid the bottle before the cops arrived at the scene of the accident. Reva begged Josh to post bail before it’s too late.
At Billy’s jail cell, Frank admonished him for representing himself in court. “Guilty people don’t need lawyers,” huffed Billy. They just need somebody to apologize to.” Lewis assumed he would do community service and pay a fine, but Frank warned there could be a stiffer penalty. Billy was relieved to hear the Reva had been released from the hospital. Josh arrived to post bail, but Billy was determined to pay for his misdeeds. Josh reminded Frank that there was no physical evidence that Billy was driving drunk. Frank reluctantly agreed and released a peeved Billy. Josh warned Big Brother he’ll be sorry if he ever hurts Reva again.
Ava told Coop she had a date while Lizzie ordered Brian to keep Ava busy all night…. Jeffrey invited Cassie to Farley’s bar to hear him perform…. A sneaky Jonathan planned a surprise for Tammy and gave Cassie a vague invitation to join them for a celebration. Meanwhile, at Jonathan’s request, Ava pumped Tammy for information by claiming she was doing a survey. Flowers then arrived from Jonathan for Tammy and Lizzie surmised what he was up to. “Wake up, girl,” she shouted. “Jonathan is planning a wedding. Your wedding!” Tammy wasn’t convinced, but Lizzie was certain. Cassie showed up and shared her strange conversation with Jonathan. “Will you come to my wedding?” Tammy excitedly asked her shocked mom but Cassie balked. “If I have to choose between you and Jonathan, I’ll choose my husband,” Tammy declared.
Jonathan visited Reva and rhapsodized about his relationship with Tammy. “I can’t believe I’m going to say this,” he enthused. “I feel happy.” Jonathan then asked his mom to help him plan a special evening for Tammy but Reva opted to stay put and rest.
