Sam arrived at Jason’s and asked him to let her move back in. Jason suggested that she made up the story about an intruder at Alexis’s house. Sam maintained that she’s still in danger….. Alexis and Ric squabbled when she brought up that working with Sonny causes a conflict of interest given her position. Her jaw dropped when Ric blew her off…. After bombing with Jason, Sam returned to Alexis’s house and admitted that she lied about the intruder to get Jason’s attention. Of course crying wolf meant that someone immediately lurked outside and spied on Sam through a window.
At the hospital, a smug Carly looked on as Nikolas opened the paternity results she’d tampered with. Nik seemed resigned to the “fact” that Jax sired John. Robin spotted Carly and demanded to know what she was up to. She didn’t buy Carly’s explanation about getting a prescription. After baring their teeth at each other, Carly left for the christening, while Robin griped about her nemesis to Patrick.
At Sonny’s house, a worried Emily questioned Max about his boss’s strange behavior. In the meantime, Sonny presented Mike (Hi Mike!) with a wrapped box. Inside was a baseball mitt. Corinthos reminisced about the glove his dad gave him when he was a boy. After Mike left, Em praised Sonny for making Mike happy. He pulled her into a romantic embrace — and called her Lily. He chalked it up to being distracted. After she took off, Ric stopped by with his proposal to get Sonny back on top. Sonny exploded and ranted about how he didn’t want to go back to that life.
Elizabeth left several messages for Lucky, who was on a stakeout. Lucky, meanwhile, was interrupted when Maxie happened along. She was concerned that he was still popping pills, but caved in when he begged her for more. Maxie headed for GH all dolled up in a strapless black dress, Maxie asked one of the hospital workers if he could procure the pills. Elsewhere at the hospital, Liz shared her concern about Lucky with Jason. They were interrupted when Stan called Jason to report that Lucky was in a gunfight, and not doing so well. Jason took off. As doped-up Lucky continued to fire away, Jason crept up and started shooting. The target went down.
Nik showed up for the christening and ran into Helena who yammered about her desire for a Cassadine heir. Next he saw Robin and expressed his futile desire to be John’s father. When he told her he’d had a second paternity test done, Robin started talking about Carly, but Patrick came along and she clamed up. Until, that is, Carly walked up and another dis fest started. Robin turned to Nikolas with something to say.
