At Metro Court, Luke chided Jax for making changes without Carly’s input. “Easy, Koala Boy,” he warned. At Kelly’s, Nikolas and Courtney had high hopes about the new paternity test. At GH, Emily’s looong pause and emphasis on Carly’s paranoia raised Jason’s hackles about her and Sonny. Having Freudian slipped, Sonny was facing Lorenzo, who observed, “Nice. Our divorce isn’t even final,” and brushed off Carly’s attempt to ask after Diego’s welfare. After Lo slammed out, Carly turned on Sonny. Back at GH, Lucky and Liz worried about each other in proximity to a verging-on-transfer Manny. Manny leered at “the pretty one.” (Liz. Sorry, Lucky!) Carly told Sonny she didn’t need a man fighting her battles and returned to her favorite subject: “So, it’s true. Emily’s in love with you.” Luke kept dangling his Mysterious Blackmail over Jax’s head while Nikolas and Courtney received word that the test was done. Liz’s arrival stalled their exit. Emily quietly explained her friendship with Sonny to Jason. “I’m fine. Sonny’s fine. And that should answer your question.” After her departure, Jason looked unconvinced. In court, Dillon apologized to Georgie and told her, “I love you and I love your compassion.” Not so compassionate was Judge Harrison Chan, who sentenced Diego to 10 years at Pentonville! Dios mio!

Sonny brushed off Carly’s “false accusations” about Emily and Lainey arrived to blast her for lying about supporting her ex-husband at the courthouse. “The other one,” Carly clarified, amused. Unamused, Lainey tried to haul Carly back to Rose Lawn. Sure! After one last stop! At GH, Sam took Jason for a walk as Manny was led out by cops. A kerfuffle ensued. And, lo, (not Lo), Manny’s struggle was a ploy to score handcuff keys! Courtney suggested Nik chat with Liz while she went to Mercy and even gave Prince Cheats-a-Lot permission to tell Liz about the test. Carly’s one stop turned out to be Metro Court and she marveled at Jax and Luke’s kvetching. Georgie and Dillon arrived at the PD so she could talk to Diego. Nearby, Manny enjoyed being frisked and stealthily coughed up the key. Back at Metro Court, Carly looked forward to making changes at the hotel — much to Jax’s chagrin. But Jax HAD to do what she said. “And we both know why!” (But the rest of us don’t!) Liz got the paternity scoop but left the second Em walked into Kelly’s. (SO not subtle!) Emily warned Nik NOT to ask her about Sonny. Sure enough, Nik asked. So, Emily raged at him to butt out. Elsewhere, Jason put Sonny on the hot seat about Em. Sonny assured, “We’re just going to be friends.” (Riiight.)

Okay, Carly didn’t know what Luke had on Jax but the tease was enough. “Wouldn’t you rather work with me than have it come out?” Not really, Carly, no. Carly also withheld Luke’s finder’s fee. At the PCPD, Lorenzo lunged at Manny when he checked Diego out as a potential cell mate because, “He’s got such a pretty mouth!” Maxie tried to drag an apologetic Georgie away from Diego. Manny interrupted the episode of DIEGO’S (UP A) CREEK and grabbed Maxie at gunpoint. Diego charged Manny and knocked him over after Manny opened fire. Then, Manny passed out! Carly’s REAL last stop was GH. Sam did her standard exit as Carly asked Jason What To Do About Soily? At Castle G, Sonny gently suggested Emily focus on herself and her family. “I thought this was my family,” murmured Emily before agreeing to move out. Courtney arrived back with test results and since she was shouting it from the rooftops, Jax overheard. At the PCPD, Georgie ministered to a wounded Dillon while the cops boggled over unconscious (and unshot) Manny. Elsewhere, Skye told Luke to woo her. Their kiss the other night? “Incentive.” Courtney and Nik spilled to Jax about the second test and Jax was floored. He hadn’t even known she was pregnant during the first test! He blasted the pompously promiscuous pair and stormed out, dismissing the results. At Castle G, an angst-ridden packing montage highlighted Sonny and Em’s, well, angst. Jason accused Carly of not wanting Sonny around other women. “So what if I don’t?” she huffed. Awkward conversation was punctuated by a tight hug as Emily and Sonny said their good-byes. They each looked at the shut door between them, longingly…
