Fan-demonium!
On September 12 and 13, AMC fans took over New York City for the show’s 11th annual Fan Club Weekend! Here are highlights from the various events.
“I don’t think I could ever get used to this!” smiled Adam Mayfield (Scott, far l.), who attended Ricky Paull Goldin‘s (Jake, c.) bus tour of Manhattan with (from l.) Chrishell Stause (Amanda), Brittany Allen (Marissa) and Daniel Kennedy (Pete).
Melissa Claire Egan (Annie) stopped by Goldin’s event after the fan appreciation lunch she hosted with Aiden Turner (Aiden). “I’m exhausted, but I had to come by because he came to mine,” she laughed.
Cameron Mathison (Ryan) stayed close to on-screen daughter Lucy Merriam (Emma).
“I feel great — but I’m starving!” giggled Alicia Minshew (Kendall), who had many gifts for her baby-to-be from fans to haul home.
Jill Larson (Opal) and Walt Willey (Jack) were all smiles, and why wouldn’t they be? Fans gave her a standing ovation in honor of her 20th anniversary in Pine Valley, while Willey drew raves as the luncheon’s emcee.
JR Martinez (Brot), with Shannon Kane (Natalia), said, “The energy of the crowd is amazing. This is so much fun.”
“Either way, I can’t go wrong — am I right, ladies?” joked Stause in response to a question about whether David (Vincent Irizarry, pictured) would be able to steal Amanda away from Jake.
“I love these little guys!” beamed Allen when Rory and Declan McTigue (Little Adam) arrived.
“We have a great time together,” said Jamie Luner (Liza) of Beth Ehlers (Taylor).
Alexa Gerasimovich (Kathy, c.) kept watch over Rachel and Jessica Slomovitz, who share the role of baby Jenny.
To close out the weekend, Bobbie Eakes (Krystal, c.) performed with the Divas of Daytime, Kassie DePaiva (Blair, OLTL, l.) and Kathy Brier (ex-Marcie, OLTL).
