Exclusive! Hunter Tylo On B&B Return
BOLD AND BEAUTIFUL’s Hunter Tylo (Taylor) gives Digest the scoop on her shocking return to the soap that she has called home — on and off — since 1990. No one was more surprised than the actress herself to get the invite. “When Brad [Bell, executive producer/head writer] calls you, it says, ‘No Caller ID,’ so I almost didn’t answer it!” she shares, adding that when she heard Bell’s story pitch, “I was intrigued by it. We talked a few more times and got it worked out. Then the next hurdle came about, which was coming there in another disguise.” Having been a surprise reveal in the past, the actress was used to being shuffled into the studio through a secret passageway, and her return was so hush-hush that even her co-stars were kept in the dark. “They had no idea!” Tylo chuckles. “I came in after everybody was gone, so they didn’t even know I was there shooting!” The ever-candid actress also touches upon how Taylor has changed since the last time viewers saw her, why she’s sporting a new blonde ’do and why she hasn’t acted since her 2014 exit.
