DAYS STAR PLEADS GUILTY
According to a report in the New York Post, Freddie Smith (Sonny, DAYS) has pleaded guilty to charges of vehicular assault and driving under the influence stemming from his October 7 car crash in Ohio. Smith's girlfriend, Alyssa Tabit, was injured in the accident. Smith's blood alcohol level was above the legal limit and he told a judge he fell asleep because he had been drinking.
