Willow and Shawn woke up in his cot in the back of the garage, wrapped up in each other’s arms. She noted that she never really woke up with her johns before. He said he wasn’t a john. They had sex again.
Hope joined Bo at the Brady Pub and admitted she was worried about Shawn. Patrick arrived, to Bo’s chagrin. Patrick said he was there to talk to Hope. Bo was reluctant to leave her alone with him, but she asked him to check on Shawn. Bo left. Patrick told Hope that while he was in prison, he decided that he wasn’t going to let Bo run his life anymore. Patrick asked her to give him a chance to prove they could be happy together and suggested they take a trip together. Separate rooms, he added. Hope was unsure about going because Shawn was in such a bad place. Patrick told her to think about it and left. Abe came in and Hope invited him to sit with her. She asked what he thought of Patrick. He said that she always had good instincts and that if she was asking, then she must be suspicious. He pointed out that just because Patrick wasn’t found guilty doesn’t make him innocent. Eve Michaels was murdered and there is someone targeting the Bradys, so “Everybody’s a suspect,” noted Abe.
Patrick made a call, saying he had the money. He then met with Dr. Bader, Hope’s OB/GYN and handed over an envelope of cash. She warned Patrick that while she altered the initial paternity test to make Patrick the father, Hope still had tests to take and the truth could come out that the biological father was actually Bo. Patrick assured her he and Hope would be leaving town.
Bo came to the garage and walked in on Willow and Shawn. “What the hell do you think you’re doing?” Bo asked his son after the hooker left. Shawn said he wouldn’t discuss his relationship with Willow. “Relationship? What happened to Mimi?” Bo asked. Shawn said they were through. Shawn bristled when Bo asked if Shawn used a condom so he wouldn’t catch any diseases Willow might have. The two calmed down and Bo assured his son that he loved him and would always be there for him. “Are you here for me the way that you were there for Zack or the way you were for Chelsea? I just want to know what to expect,” Shawn replied. Bo acknowledged that Shawn was angry, but that the family had to stick together. He then told Shawn that he could stay on the Fancy Face; Bo would move to a room above the Pub. “No conditions,” Shawn insisted. Bo said there would be one condition: That Shawn didn’t take the boat past the last buoy. Shawn agreed. Bo returned to the Pub and told Hope he gave Shawn the keys to the Fancy Face. Hope was concerned that her son would be alone.
At the hospital, Lauren the surrogate met up with Bonnie again. Lauren said she would hand over the baby to Bonnie once it’s born for the money she promised. Lauren left; Mimi came by and said that she was job hunting at the hospital, but came up empty. Bonnie said she never should have given up the Kiriakis heir. Mimi responded that that part of her life was over.
Mimi headed to Chez Rouge and asked Maggie for a job. Maggie was thrilled because she was planning to expand the Chez Rouge staff anyway. Mimi thanked Maggie for hiring her in light of the Shawn situation. Maggie said that people make mistakes. Maggie introduced Mimi to Willow and the two clicked. So much so that Willow revealed that she used to be a hooker. Mimi confided that she once lived on the streets — and that her husband just left her.
Shawn called Willow at work to say he was moving on to the boat. She was excited because she loves boats. He asked her to come over after her shift. Willow asked if she could bring a friend (Mimi). Shawn said he wanted them to christen the boat alone. Willow promised they would — after her friend left. Willow reported to Mimi that she was seeing her new man after work and did Mimi want to come.
After what must have been a marathon sex session, Kate and EJ got dressed at Basic Black. Chelsea barged in and found the office in disarray. Kate told her to knock next time. Chelsea took a look around and correctly guessed that Kate had been having sex in there. Cue EJ, who came out of the other room. Chelsea was quite pleased with her deductive skills. EJ took off. “By the way EJ ran out of here, you would have thought that I asked him if he was going to be my new grandpa,” Chelsea cracked. Chelsea congratulated her grandmother for scoring with hot EJ. Chelsea asked Kate how she manages to always get what she wants, because she wants her parents back together and will stop at nothing to make it happen. Kate gave Chelsea tips on how to get what she wants. Chelsea had a flashback to Sami calling Billie and Kate whores and got an idea. She dressed up like a hooker and stood outside of the Pub.
Sami woke up and berated Lucas for his actions the night before. An argument ensued. Lucas told her about a dream he had that included her and a can of whipped cream. Sami said she didn’t care because she was dating EJ. Lucas accused her of dating the Brit just to make him jealous. EJ came to the door and planted a kiss on Sami. An uncomfortable Lucas looked away. Sami stopped and pointed to Lucas. EJ greeted his rival with a quippy “Captain Stink Bomb”. Lucas left for work. Sami apologized for the night before. EJ told her it wasn’t necessary.
Lucas went to Kate’s office and asked why she needed to see him so urgently. “I heard about your living arrangement,” Kate announced. “That’s your emergency,” replied Lucas. He revealed that his apartment had too many memories of Carrie so he gave it up and planned to live with Sami and Will. Kate was not happy.
