Jennifer visited Bo, who was planting Hope’s favorite flowers in the front yard. He said he was then going to paint the bedroom and do everything else on the “Honey Do” list. Jen urged Bo to find Hope and bring her home. Bo said he didn’t know what to do. Jennifer reminded him of all the times he has saved Hope in the past and that he should track her down like he would any missing person. Bo told Jen that he was worried, but figured Hope needed time away to deal with what went down after Zack died. Jennifer warned Bo that Chelsea is very manipulative. “That’s harsh,” he said. Jen advised him not to let his daughter drive a wedge between him and Hope. She also suggested that prison might be the best place for Chelsea. Bo said learning the hard way was not the right way for Chelsea.

On Morgan Island, Patrick offered Hope a tropical beverage. He encouraged her to return to Salem. She said she wasn’t ready, but thanked him for allowing her to stay in his cottage. Patrick said he felt bad that he came between Bo and Hope by spilling that Chelsea was driving the SUV. She said it wasn’t his fault. He pointed out that yes, Bo made a mistake, but he was in a tough position in that one of his children killed the other. Hope spied a dark-haired couple kissing and imagined it was her and Bo.

Chelsea and Billie met with Frankie to discuss the teen’s case. She insisted it was accidental. He admitted that he was going to have trouble keeping her out of jail. Chelsea freaked, saying there was no way she was going to go to the clink. Frankie said they needed a strategy. Chelsea said that it was imperative Hope didn’t return before the trial so she couldn’t testify. Frankie told her Hope’s testimony would be bad, but Bo’s would carry weight, too. Frankie asked if Bo was going to testify on Chelsea’s behalf. Billie noted that Bo is her father and will do what he can to keep her out of prison. Frankie left. “You, stay out of trouble,” were his parting words to Chelsea. Billie confronted Chelsea and said she knew her daughter was planning more things to drive a wedge between Bo and Hope. Chelsea denied it, then played around on her laptop to check her e-mail. Billie left the room. Chelsea set in motion her plan to keep the Bradys apart and hit “send” on the computer. Frankie went to Bo’s house. “How’s the defense shaping up,” Bo asked. Frankie admitted it would be hard to keep Chelsea out of jail…. Hope got an e-mail. She checked it on the laptop and was shocked by what it contained.

In the bride’s room of the church, Kate urged Marlena to cancel the wedding to Alex. Doc Evans asked what she was up to, since she had feelings for John herself. Kate insisted she had nothing up her sleeve. Alex found Belle outside of Marlena’s room and asked what she was doing there. Belle said she wanted to talk to Marlena. Belle knocked on the door and told her mother that he had to talk to her before the ceremony and that it was important. Marlena said she was still getting dressed (she wasn’t) and asked Alex to take Belle back to the church. Belle was disappointed. Marlena had a flashback of romantic times with John, having sex with him in the shower and toasting marshmallows. She heard Alex’s voice calling to her through the door and was rattled. He told her he would be waiting for her at the altar, then said he loved her. She didn’t answer right away, so he asked if she heard him. Marlena weakly replied that she loved him, too. Kate suspected Alex did something to Marlena. “He’s shown me the true meaning of love,” Marlena insisted, then had a flashback of her wedding to John.

John, disguised as a nun, made his way through the church. Tek asked the “sister” if she had seen John. “She” shook her head no. Abe, Roman and Tek were frustrated by their inability to find the super spy. Mimi and Shawn were worried by the lengths the cops would go to to ensure that John didn’t take action at the ceremony. Roman said if John does anything, Tek’s orders are shoot to kill. In the belfry, John put his gun together and spoke to God, asking for forgiveness for what he was about to do. He then had a flashback to when he was falsely imprisoned in Aremid and had words with Marlena.

Mimi assured Belle that the cops would find John. Belle apologized for interrupting their honeymoon. Mimi asked why Belle went running to Mimi’s husband rather than her own. Belle claimed it was because Philip’s bum leg made him a non-factor. Mimi didn’t buy it. John set up his shot, then did a test run. Mimi heard the “whizzing sound” of the bullet…. Marlena came down the aisle. Father Jansen began the ceremony. Shawn spied a rifle coming out of the belfry and pointed it out to Roman. Abe assigned Tek to the confessional to get a lock on John, but told him not to shoot unless it really looked like John was going to fire.
