Max and Chelsea showed up at Bo and Hope’s and Chelsea wished her parents were with her for Christmas. Hope told Chelsea that she was part of their family now but Chelsea said she couldn’t forget the Bensons. Hope and Bo offered to incorporate some of the Benson traditions into their holidays. Max and Bo started talking about the Bradys and Zack told Chelsea he loved her. Bo caught Max kissing Chelsea under the mistletoe and warned him not to hurt Chelsea. Max said he and Chelsea were good for each other. Chelsea thanked Hope for the Christmas stocking and Hope promised Chelsea they will always be there for her. Shawn and Mimi arrived and told them about Claire. Hope said Shawn looked pale and Mimi revealed that Shawn over-donated blood for Claire. Shawn took an angel ornament from the tree and wanted to take it to the hospital for Claire. Shawn and Mimi took off, and Chelsea prepared to leave. Bo told Chelsea that he heard that she has been stopped a couple times for speeding and she had to be careful. She promised to drive the speed limit and took off but not before giving Max a big kiss on her way out. Bo and Hope talked about how lucky their family was. Meanwhile, Chelsea called for movie times on her cell and crashed her car.
Carrie and Lucas went for a walk in L.A. and Carrie remembered Sami and Austin’s kiss at the restaurant. Lucas wondered if Carrie should fall for Austin again. Lucas said Austin was stupid if he got involved with Sami again and told Carrie if she wanted Austin back, she should go back into the restaurant and tell him. Carrie refused with Sami still in there. Lucas saw the Rolling Stones were in town and called around for tickets for tonight’s concert. While he did that, Carrie fanaticized about her and Austin listening to the Stones together. Lucas scored tickets for the concert and they took off.
Back in the restaurant, Sami couldn’t believe Austin kissed her, even if it was for charity. Austin said he wouldn’t kiss Sami again and reminded her that they weren’t on a date. Austin won tickets to the Rolling Stones concert and Sami refused to let Austin take his loudmouthed, annoying friend Rory. Rory relented and hoped she and Austin could get together another time. Sami was jealous of their flirting but agreed to go to the concert with Austin. Austin then fanaticized about Carrie and it miraculously picked up from Carrie’s daydream. Sami and Austin showed up at the concert, as did Carrie and Lucas. They got to their seats miraculously fast and everyone was excited when the Stones opened up with “Start Me Up.”
Kate was annoyed Shawn was at the hospital. Philip showed up after a nap (and a haircut) and Belle informed him that their daughter was dying. Shawn told Mimi he had to give more blood to help Claire and he refused to leave until the baby was ok. Lexie said Claire was going into multi-organ failure and they should call a priest. The priest showed up and baptized Claire and read last rites. Belle cried throughout the ceremony and Marlena comforted her after. Belle asked everyone to leave because there was nothing they could do. Shawn returned with the angel ornament that has watched over his family, and now he wanted Claire to have it. He hung it above her crib. Outside the room, Mimi overheard two nurses talking about how Shawn’s blood matched Claire’s but Philip’s did not. John wanted to take Marlena home but she said she was going home with her husband Alex. Back at their respective homes, John listened/watched Alex and Marlena’s talk. Alex shook Marlena to calm her down and John wanted to go over there to break it up but Kate stopped him. Alex then passionately kissed Marlena and John realized he’s lost Marlena.
