Katie told Mike he had to move out of the cottage so BJ believed they weren’t together anymore. Mike wasn’t so sure BJ was behind Henry’s disappearance and was worried about Katie. They started to kiss and BJ showed up at the door so Mike hid. BJ and Katie discussed her dumping Mike but he spied Mike’s shirt. Katie said Mike was a slob and threw it out. Katie and Mike toasted to their future (with chocolate milk, natch). Mike found Maddie outside and filled her in on Katie’s plan. Back inside, BJ accused Katie of not wanting to be alone with him and said he wanted to help her get over Mike. They took off and Mike and Maddie planned to follow them to the station. In the car, BJ revealed they weren’t going to the station but to his private island in the Caribbean instead. Down in the Fairwinds wine cellar, Henry couldn’t believe that Katie was at Fairwinds visiting BJ last night. He shared a bottle of wine with Olga and comforted her about her sad love life, trying to win her trust.
Emily ran into Susan at the hospital and they argued about Paul and the upcoming wedding. Susan insisted that she wanted to be at the wedding. Meanwhile, Meg met up with Paul at the mall and he told her that Jennifer is leaving town. Meg was still worried about Jennifer. Paul said Meg could now be happy with Dusty. Meg feared the truth would catch up to them eventually and took off. Emily met up with Paul and they discussed Meg hopefully keeping her mouth shut. Emily said her mom wanted to come to their wedding and Paul winced about her wedding plans since they weren’t officially engaged yet. Emily feared Paul was having second thoughts but instead he got down on his knee and presented her with an engagement ring. Paul told her that he wanted Emily to have the wedding she wanted and they kissed.
Gwen and Billy returned to Iris’ house to find a winter wonderland thanks to Will. He put away all of Iris’ things and thanked her for believing in him when no one else did. At the hospital, Jennifer set up the holiday toy drive tree and reassured a little girl that Santa would find her this Christmas. She struggled to put up a Baby’s 1st Christmas ornament and just got more upset when Gwen and Will arrived with Billy. Jennifer was glad to see that Will was free and apologized for not being there for him. Gwen said they were there for Billy’s checkup and Meg smiled when she saw them all talking. When they took off, Jennifer ran off and broke down. Meg tried to comfort her and Jen cried that she missed her son so much. Meg told it was going to take some time. Jen begged Meg not to tell Dusty that she was falling apart. Jen admitted she was scared she was never going to accept her son’s death. Meg started to hyperventilate and told Jen she couldn’t take it anymore. Back at home, Gwen told Will she wanted him to stay there with her and they put a star at the top of the tree. She said all her wishes had come true and they kissed. They discussed making love — Will said it was his first time, and she said she had never “made love” before so this was the first time for her too. They started to make love….
