At BJ’s, Josh watched as Ryan bonded with Annie and cutie Emma. Later, Ryan told Josh that if he ever had a daughter, he hoped she’d be like Emma. (Little does he know….) After Josh left, Ryan, Annie, Jonathan and
Emma decided to ring in the New Year together.
While discussing the miracles and tragedies of 2006 with Kendall, Bianca received a phone call from Maggie who declared she wasn’t ready to get back together. Good big sis that she is, Kendall told Binks to forget all about
Maggie; there was another woman out there for Bianca. When Binks said she had a date for New Year’s Eve, Kendall wondered who the lucky girl was. “She’s a he,” Bianca explained. “I’m going out with Zarf.” Of course, Kendall exploded. Not only was Zarf a man but Kendall hated him. Kendall calmed down a
little to comfort Bianca when she saw Binks’ inner turmoil over being attracted to a man. Later, Josh arrived and surprisingly supported Bianca
with her love life decision. Binks wished her siblings a happy New Year and then headed off to get dressed for her big date. Once she was all dolled up, Bianca opened her door to find her date even more dolled up. Zarf was dressed completely like a woman!
Back at Fusion, Kendall confirmed Josh’s fear: she wasn’t going to tell Ryan
he is Emma’s father. Josh didn’t support that at all, especially after what
happened to him and all of the cases with Greg Madden. Kendall stood by her decision, though. Unfortunately for her, Ryan walked in to hear bro and sis arguing over Annie. When he questioned what it was about, Josh looked at Kendall. “If you don’t tell Ryan and Annie, I’ll start right now,” he vowed.
At Wildwind, Di and Aidan prepared to set a trap for the Satin Slayer. Aidan assured Di he would keep her safe and sealed it with a kiss. All of the Wildwind residents later gathered to help keep that adorable little Kathy’s
mind off of her mom. While Kathy was upstairs getting dressed up, Jamie comforted Julia, who was afraid Linda would die and Kathy would be left all alone.
Tad met Zach at the boathouse to talk about his investigation into Zach’s
past. He learned of many dirty deeds Mr. Slater had been responsible for, but none that would help him with the murder investigation. He insisted Zach give him more information. Zach balked. However, as Tad was walking away completely frustrated, he received a call. After hanging up the phone, he glared at Zach. “I know the connection between you and these murders,” Tad announced.
