A knock at the door of Erin’s Nova Scotia retreat woke Ryan from his slumber. Good thing he peeked through the window first, because Greenlee was outside. Erin showed up a moment later. She recognized Greenlee, but asked her sister-in-law for space. Greenlee pleaded to be allowed inside, so they could grieve for Ryan together. Ryan ducked into a closet to overhear their conversation. Greens showed Erin some of Ryan’s belongings to show her the kind of man that Ryan was. Erin asked her if Ryan was like her father. Greenlee denied this, but told Erin that Ryan died after he learned that she was pregnant. She admitted that she has since lost the baby. Greenlee confessed that she would never get over Ryan, or fall in love again. Erin embraced her. Uh, Ryan, that’s your cue. Inside the closet, a teary Ryan stood up and started to leave the closet.
Julia told Di she was going to lace Garret’s food or drink with bleach to poison him. Just then, an alarm on the wall beeped, signaling the arrival of their captor. Jules threw the bleach at him, but apparently the bottle was filled with water, so Julia failed the Dragon’s latest test. Di threatened Garret with the letter implicating him, her “insurance policy,” as she called it. He said it was insurance for her life, not Julia’s. When he insisted she deliver the letter, or Julia would die, she arranged for the letter to be delivered to the boathouse at Memorial Park. Garret said, “It’s better when we all get along,” before leaving them alone again. The girls were determined to take the Dragon down.
Zach was handed a file with a newspaper picture that Garret and Di were in. He brought it to Tad, who meanwhile was discussing the missing Dixie with Aidan. Zach and Tad burst into Mimi’s office, demanding she question her husband. She didn’t buy their suspicions, but they continue to harass her. Garret walked in on them.
Babe overheard JR harassing Vanderpoole for his mother’s account information at the bank. She stepped in to smooth over the situation. Vanderpoole allowed her to look at the account while he looked the other way. Later, JR grudgingly thanked Babe. “Well serve up the snow cones,” she smiles, “Its freezing here in hell.” JR took off, and then Josh demanded to know, “Have I been drinking before noon, or are you out of your mind?” He was upset with her comforting JR, saying, “I just hope that whatever you’re pulling with JR doesn’t blow up all over your kid.”
Adam was suspiciously nice to Krystal, apologizing for her treatment of her. “You are my wife,” he told her. “Admitting it is the first step,” she grinned. He offered her a fair settlement in a divorce. She saw right through him though. Later, Adam shouted at JR about getting back Chandler Enterprises when he was still married, because half of the company would belong to Krystal, who unfortunately overheard the conversation.
