Jacob Young gave a heart-breaking performance as JR accepted that Dixie was dead and she wasn’t coming back. When Tad left JR alone with Di, she asked, “Can you please forgive me?” He grabbed her by the shoulders, “I could grab you by the hair and pull you to the gates of Hell and God himself would be selling the tickets.” She didn’t want this to destroy all the progress he had made in getting over his vengeance. “You make me sick,” he said, and told Di she’d never get near his son again. Alone again with Tad, Di broke down. “This is not what I wanted,” she cried. She didn’t know where to go or what to do, to which he replied that he didn’t care. When Di apologized, yet again, Tad spat, “Sorry doesn’t begin to cut it.” With that, Di said she’d pack and leave, but before walking inside she pleaded with Tad to help JR.
When Adam was celebrating over Di’s downfall, Krystal was appalled. Adam pointed out now was a good chance for someone to pick up the pieces of Tad’s heart, and Krystal assured Adam that she wasn’t going back to Tad. “I am never leaving you, hubby of mine. Your punishment is just beginning.” She went on to tell him the only man she cared about was Little Adam and she was going to make darn sure that Adam didn’t mess up his life.

When Ryan asked Greenlee to forgive him, she exploded. “You understand nothing,” she yelled. And as she recounted for him what she went through, she realized that Lily actually saw him that night and Zach knew the entire time. Ryan decided he would give Greenlee some time to make sense of all of this. “There is no hope for us, Ryan,” Greenlee sadly said. “As far as I’m concerned, you are still dead.”

Kendall attacked her husband, but he stopped her. “Shut your mouth, open your eyes and see that I care about you,” he ordered. If this was his idea of caring, she wanted no more of it and demanded he get out. Moments after he left, JR showed up and embraced a tearful Kendall. When Kendall explained how Ryan faked his own death, JR left, promising to take care of it. He found Ryan in the park and took his anger out on Ryan. “Come on, jackass! Take me on,” he yelled. (Um, he’s a lot bigger than you, JR. Want to rethink that?) After JR punched Ryan in the stomach, Ryan shook his head and said, “I am not going to fight you.” When Ryan turned to walk away, JR picked up a big stick — more like a limb of a tree — and took a swing at Ryan.

Zach stormed off to his office, where Julia happened to stop by. Apparently the rest of Garret’s organization had been rounded up and Julia wanted to thank Zach. When he said he didn’t care, Julia could see something was wrong and bugged him about it. But Zach wasn’t in the mood and kicked her out of his office. Meanwhile, Greenlee went straight to Kendall to tell her how Ryan lied, but she informed her best friend she already knew. The two shared their sorrows together (over Ryan and Zach). Greenlee told Kendall she didn’t tell Ryan about the baby and Greens eventually wondered: “Do you still want to give birth to Ryan’s baby?”
