On the beach (yup, the one in PA), a scantily clad Colby refused to go home with her dad. Adam quickly told the much older gentleman his daughter was with that Colby was 15 — in other words, jail bait. After the frat boy fled, Adam ridiculed his daughter, but Colby blamed her behavior on Liza, yet again. She pretended to be baffled that sex with anyone over 18 was illegal and grinned, stating she was looking forward to getting to know everything about sex from her pops. And when we say everything, we mean EVERYTHING. As 15-year-old Colby was holding her dress up, she asked Adam about oral sex, being a lesbian, sex toys and everything in between. (Might have been the most inappropriate, unnecessary and uncomfortable moment on a soap in years! See kids, you just thought JR urinating on Josh was bad.) Colby went on to manipulate her father into throwing her a Sweet 16 party.
Jackson and Erica rushed to try and find Josh, but instead of Josh, they found Zach and Dixie — with their car. The duos had a fender bender. Erica immediately attacked Zach for being with Dix, but they explained the lead they had about Kate. It hit Erica that Dixie had a reason to off Madden and she accused Dixie and Zach of burying the evil doc and making the tape. “What tape?” Dixie wondered. Erica filled her in on the happenings at ConFusion’s opening and Dix wondered if Madden said anything about Kate. Claws quickly came out and Erica and Dixie blamed each other for the situations they had with their children. Once Dixie had enough, she and Zach drove off. She pointed out that if Erica was that mad, Kendall would surely be angrier. She offered to find Kate on her own, but Zach assured her she had his help until Kate was back in her arms. Meanwhile, at the PI office, Tad walked in on his bud Aidan and his ex-girl Di together. (Uncomfortable much?) When Di got Tad alone, she tried to tell him the story of “The Brit and the Blonde” but Tad assured her there was no need for an explanation. The two agreed it was time to move on from each other and Di thanked Tad for teaching her how to love. They parted with a sweet kiss.
Upset that Babe left him, JR went back to ConFusion and eyed liquor bottles. Erin reprimanded him and they had a heart-to-heart, but Aidan interrupted looking for Jonathan (he told Jon and Lily that creepy Terry was no longer in Pine Valley). Once they were alone again, JR noticed how shaken Erin was so Erin told her new friend the story of her troubled love life then proceeded to try and drown her sorrows. Recovered alcoholic that he is (though it should be noted he is still sitting in a bar), JR advised her that wasn’t the smartest decision and told her to hang in there. After JR left, regular-Jonathan came out to talk to his sister. Jack and Erica arrived back at the club in time for Jack to walk in and see stutter-free Jonathan. He watched from a distance as his daughter came out and Jonathan morphed back into special-Jonathan. Meanwhile, on Madden’s jet, Babe was furious when she realized she and Josh were flying high ( literally) without her knowledge, but softened when Josh finally opened up about how alone he felt. Babe reminded him he didn’t have to be alone anymore; he had an entire new family. When it seemed Babe had finally gotten through to Josh, the brainiac realized he took off without checking the fuel gage. Thank goodness that in addition to being a pilot he’s also a doctor, because their plane quickly headed for a crash landing.
