JR assured Dixie that the christening of Little Adam was going to proceed as scheduled. Dixie praised JR for forgiving Tad, but wondered what it would take for him to make up with Babe and Jamie. JR scoffed that that would never happen, then stormed upstairs, where a weepy Amanda was waiting in his bed. She apologized for blowing their deal; he asked her to leave. She made an impassioned speech about how badly she wanted to stay in Pine Valley and asked him to hold her and make her feel safe. She pulled JR into a kiss, which quickly became steamy. Post-sex, JR turned on Amanda, demanding that she leave and never return. “I hate you!” she spat.

Downstairs, Adam tried to convince Dixie that he accepted her as Dixie, and Dixie voiced to Adam her desire for JR and Jamie to reconcile. Adam, needless to say, did not share her view. When he sweet-talked her, Dixie told Adam to just tell her what he wanted. He asked her not to move out with JR and the baby. Dixie’s tender-hearted response further convinced Adam that she’s an imposter.

Babe railed at Josh for rescuing her from the frat boys he thought were kidnapping her, but were in fact stealing Jamie’s car. Josh agreed to help her retrieve the vehicle. They tracked down the losers on the beach and freaked them out by posing as a gangster and a mob boss’s daughter. The guys took the bait and fled, terrified. Babe and Josh reveled in the success of their ploy.

Greg surprised Erica by reaching out to her in her office. “Leave me alone,” she commanded. Greg then surprised Erica again by telling her that he wasn’t going to press charges against Greenlee and he was going to stop trying to prevent Josh from working on NEW BEGINNINGS. Erica then opened up to Greg about her friendship with Ryan, and the two agreed to have a new beginning of their own.

Kendall demanded to know what Zach was hiding in the shed. Zach bought some time when Aidan arrived seeking to know where Greenlee was because he had news about Erin Lavery. This piqued Ryan’s curiosity, as he was listening from inside the shed. The news was this: Erin’s alive and in Canada. Kendall and Aidan left to have a heart-to-heart by the gazebo, where a comment of Aidan’s triggered Kendall’s suspicion that perhaps Ryan faked his death. Meanwhile, Zach busted into the shed, where he found Ryan, desperate to tear after Erin. Zach reminded him that it was going to take some time to get him out of town safely…. Kendall talked Aidan to picking the lock at the shed.
