At the hospital, Zarf refused to tell anyone about the drugs they found on him. Joe asked them to clear out because the victims of a major accident were about to arrive at the ER. Zarf went a little crazy in the waiting room and ran out. The cops went after him, while everyone else hovered around waiting for news on Dani. Zach yelled at Kendall’s bodyguard for leaving her alone for a minute. Bianca pointed out that Zarf hadn’t
denied any of the accusations and said he was a manipulator. Zach went out to hunt for Zarf. Babe defended Zarf. Ryan questioned Derek about the
failure of the police department to bring his sister’s killer to justice.
Ryan asked how many wives and sisters have to die before they “get this guy behind bars.” Josh sort of defended Zarf as well. Josh reminded Kendall that she was supposed to help him steal Babe from JR. Josh added that he knew she was keeping the secret that Ryan was Emma’s father. Josh called Ryan over, at which point Kendall began to panic. Josh decided not to spill the truth about Emma. Kendall agreed to help Josh win Babe’s heart. Babe told Bianca that Zoe was real, but Bianca didn’t believe it. Babe kept trying to explain what Zoe had gone through when Bianca rejected him/her.
Bianca wasn’t sold on Babe’s explanation. Babe turned down Josh’s offer for a ride home and returned to JR. Joe came out with news that Dani was out of surgery. “The next 24 hours are critical,” reported Joe. Derek sat by Dani.
Livia arrived and comforted her brother. Livia said she would stay by Dani’s side “while you go and catch that bastard.”
Derek told Tad he had to find Zarf and added that he’d done everything wrong when it came to Dani. Tad said he’d many mistakes himself when it came to protecting his little girl. Tad said he’d do anything to help Derek. The two guys hugged. Babe told JR about finding Dani. JR asked if Dani was going to be okay. Babe went to kiss Little Adam goodnight. JR sat and fumed. Babe went outside and found Zarf, who said, “Please, Babe, help me.” Kendall dropped
in on JR. “I came here to see you,” she said.
Zach made a phone call to someone and asked them to find Zarf and “bring him here.” Zach sat in front of his computer in the dark. There was a knock on his door. His assistant brought in an envelope. It was a photo of the Fusion girls, with x’s on the faces of the three who had been attacked or killed.
Babe and Kendall were the only ones left.
JR told Dixie about what Colby said she had heard. JR said more secrets would destroy him. Dixie urged JR to focus on getting better. She thought he might be reading into things. JR said he could take the truth, but not more lies. Dixie was sorry that so many people had deceived him.
Jonathan visited Annie with some firewood. Jonathan explained that he was
having anger issues. Annie reminded him that he was allowed to be angry, and she tried to analyze Jonathan’s rage attacks. Annie pointed out that talking helps. Ryan returned. Jonathan said he was fine and left. Ryan
thanked his brother for the firewood. Ryan told Annie that Dani had been attacked and that Zarf was the principal suspect. Annie assured Ryan that he’d done the right thing in not telling Jonathan about Dani.
