Where would you like to travel that you have not yet?

K. Smiley, Honolulu
Ireland. Justin (Bruening, Jamie, and Havins’ real-life husband) and I are actually going for our anniversary. We were just saying, “You should visit where your heritage is from.” We’re both Irish, and I’m Swedish and he’s German, so we’ll go to Sweden and Germany at some point. I love traveling. I could go on forever and ever with this question (laughs). I would love to travel the world; there’s so much to see.

What’s your favorite thing to do when you aren’t working?
Kandice G.
Sleep, sleep and sleep! Justin’s been really good about teaching me about taking care of myself. He buys every movie that comes out, so watching a movie and de-stressing [is also fun]. Plus, when I’m not working, I’m preparing for the next day. This is my life.

Do you still dance? Will the world ever hear you sing?
Kimberly, Maplewood, N.J.
Not like I used to. I used to teach for a Universal Dance Association and do a lot of choreography. At one point in my career, I had to decide if I wanted to dance professionally or become an actor. I chose theater. I want to dance more often. There are a few great dance studios that are close in Manhattan, which I should take advantage of. Will the world hear me sing? Not unless it’s professionally on a CD. Instead of being an okay actor and an okay singer, I’d rather be an amazing actor. I’m putting all my efforts and energy into acting. I used to sing; that’s something else I wanted to do. I think I’m a better actor. The only way you will hear me sing is if it’s a big record deal (laughs).

If AMC hit the big screen, who would you cast as Babe?
Colleen Harris, Seattle
Myself (laughs)! I would cast Rachel McAdams (The Notebook), or maybe Reese Witherspoon (Walk the Line). They’re both good at being chameleons. Reese can do anything — from Election to Legally Blonde to Walk the Line. Same for Rachel McAdams. She’s going to be the next big star.

Aside from JR and Jamie, who would you be interested in seeing Babe fall in love with?
Gia Masters, Fla.
Someone totally unexpected. Adam and Krystal were such a pleasant surprise because it was the absolute most unexpected thing. I could see maybe an older relationship. Something absolutely different that the audience has never experienced, as well as Babe has never experienced. Maybe a new person in town would be fun.

How do you cry on cue?
Melissa Goldin, Ark.
It’s easier the more you do it. In a way, good writing is one of the first keys to crying on cue, because you’re really invested in what you’re saying and what you’re hearing the other person say. You have to be fully prepared. You can’t be thinking of lines or movement, you’ve got to be in the moment. Sometimes, if I need to tune the loud boys out on the set, I put on my iPod and that helps to block out the outside noise. It’s more focus and concentration. It’s just something that your body feels, and it’s almost like a breathing pattern.
