Ian Buchanan To DAYS

Looks like the meeting between DAYS honchos Greg Meng, Marlene McPherson and Darrell Ray Thomas, Jr. and actor Ian Buchanan (ex-James, B&B; ex-Duke, GH et al) that Digest first reported in early September panned out: TV Guide confirms that the actor is joining the soap and will first appear on February 9. His character, Ian McCallister, has ties to Sarah Brown's Madison. Buchanan's Salem past includes a stint in 2001 as Lord Sheraton at Greta's coronation.
