Penn Badgley joined the cast of Y&R in 2000 as Nina and Phillip’s son, Phillip Chancellor IV. He was nominated for a Young Artist Award for Best Performance in a Daytime TV Series – Young Actor in 2001.
The actor starred in the 2006 film John Tucker Must Die with fellow daytime alum Brittany Snow (ex-Susan, GUIDING LIGHT), also pictured.

In 2007 Badgley joined the cast of GOSSIP GIRL as Dan Humphreys. He would stay with the show for its entire run, ending in 2012. Dan turned out to be “Gossip Girl”.

The actor headlined Lifetime’s YOU in 2018 as psycho Joe Goldberg. After the series wrapped its first season, Netflix acquired the rights to the series. Also pictured is Elizabeth Lail, who played Beck, the object of Joe’s affections.
