Moments before Luke (Anthony Geary) was about to wed mob princess Jennifer Smith on a yacht, Scotty (Kin Shriner) stormed aboard, intent on killing the groom, who he had just learned had raped Scotty’s wife, Laura. Fisticuffs ensued and Scotty ultimately punched Luke overboard, sending him on an on-the-run-adventure with Laura, while Jennifer never did become Mrs. Spencer.

To derail the joining together in holy matrimony of Mac (John J. York, r.) and Felicia (Kristina Wagner), deranged Ryan (Jon Lindstrom) knocked out identical twin Kevin to gain access to the ceremony. When Kevin burst in, Ryan confirmed that he was posing as his brother — and showed that he had dynamite strapped to his chest! Mac rescued the bride, but was injured, so the wedding was postponed. Paul and Jenny turned lemons into lemonade by getting married in their stead.

Nothing will stop a ceremony in its tracks like the reveal that the groom’s wife isn’t dead, after all! Such was the case when Patrick (Jason Thompson) said “I do” to Sabrina (Teresa Castillo) while a heartbroken Robin watched from afar. When her daughter, Emma, spied her and cried out, “Mommy!”, a gasping Patrick made his way toward his original beloved while Sabrina ran out of the room in tears.
