I just try to look like Eric and look like I’m being serious and look like I’m still doing the scene — and if that fails, I’ll say something outrageous and go there instead of just stopping the scene, because that’s no fun. If I’m up on a line and we have to stop anyway, why not make it funny? We might as well have fun with it.”
