“It was my very cliché devastation when my only daughter went off to college and left me ‘empty nesting’. My marriage fell apart, my life collapsed in on me, and I had a two-year struggle personally climbing back out to the sun and finding myself again. It would make a great storyline, but I think it may have been done before [laughs].”

“Although I do live in a Hollywood family, I am also a teenager in high school, which is a whole soap in its own. There’ve definitely been some interesting love triangles in my life. That would probably have to be the most ‘soap’ thing that has happened to me.”

“Probably when I was at an event, and it was mostly ladies, and I was trying to be super-kind and nice. I’m like, ‘Hey! I’m your host for the day,’ and literally I got the arm like, ‘That’s nice, honey, where are the guys? We don’t wanna see you.’ It’s like that slap in the face. This lady did not want me there. She was like, ‘I don’t want her in the luncheon.’ Like wow, thanks a lot! And all you can do is laugh.”

“I guess being on a reality show [DANCE MOMS] was pretty soapy. It wasn’t scripted, but there was definitely lots of drama [laughs].”

“A few years ago, my boyfriend and I were walking down the streets of Santa Monica and this crazy guy on a bicycle speeded past us and said in this maniacal voice, ‘They found each other in the darkness!’ and started cackling. It was super-creepy, like something a Cassadine would do!”
