Though Victoria Rowell’s (ex-Drucilla, Y&R) lawsuit against CBS and Sony for not rehiring her on the soap was dismissed last month, the judge allowed a future filing under certain conditions. The actress has opted to pursue the matter further. "On my behalf, my counsel filed an amended complaint to strengthen and clarify my claims of retaliation and discrimination against Sony, CBS and other defendant,” shares Rowell in a statement to Digest. "We intend to vigorously prosecute these claims."
