The Young and the Restless Spoilers Video: ‘None of This is Normal!’

Comments

The Young and Restless spoilers video for the week of May 25 previews family tension and an apparent medical crisis in Genoa City. The action kicks off at the Abbott mansion, where Kyle (Michael Mealor) is voicing his concern about his mother, Diane (Susan Walters). His tone urgent, Kyle laments to Jack (Peter Bergman), “Mom hasn’t been to the office in two days.” Jack’s eyebrows raise at that information. Kyle continues, “Her bed hadn’t been slept in. None of this is normal.”

Kyle isn’t the only won who is worried about a parent. As an anxious Victoria (Amelia Heinle) looks on, Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) clutches her forehead, wincing in pain. “It’s this headache,” she complains. “I thought it went away, but it’s back.” Is Nikki’s headache induced by the considerable stress in her life, or is there something more alarming going on with her health?

Where the Newmans are concerned, Nikki’s headache has some stiff competition in the crisis department. Victor (Eric Braeden), Sharon (Sharon Case), Sienna (Tamara Braun) and Noah (Lucas Adams) watch with mounting hour as a disheveled and sweaty Nick (Joshua Morrow) struggles to breathe, holding his phone to his ear. He can barely stand, much less muster words to say to the person he’s on the call with. Suddenly, the phone slips out of his hand and drops to the floor.

“What —” a baffled Sharon begins to ask him — but she never completes her thought, because Nick suddenly crumples to the ground! “Oh, my gosh,” gasps Sharon. “Dad!” bellows Noah. Has Nick’s drug abuse led to this collapse, and will his loved ones be able to get him the help he needs before it’s too late?
