Take Five With Parry Shen (Brad, GH)

What was your favorite TV show as a kid? “MISTER ROGERS’ NEIGHBORHOOD. It had everything. Craft tutorials, behind-the-scenes videos of factories making things, interesting guests, puppetry, wonderful songs and inspiring lessons that made you feel as if you could achieve anything.”

What is your least favorite household chore? “Laundry. Folding and getting constantly shocked by static electricity?
No, thank you. Which is why
the wife handles it and I gladly wash the dishes.”

What food do you wish was calorie-free? “Pizza. I just recently discovered that it’s
not, to my shock and dismay.”

What’s the first thing you do in the morning? “Check the stock market to see if the day is — as my youngest daughter refers to it — an ‘up’ or ‘down’ day.”

How do you take your coffee? “With flavored creamer. I don’t care how bad it’s for you, it saves time putting in creamer and sugar. One pour, boom, and you’re done. So it’s really about efficiency, when you really think about it. Do I  sound defensive? No, right?”
