Soap Alums Land New Gig

Justin Bruening (ex-Jamie, ALL MY CHILDREN) is in as a series regular on Netflix’s new series, SWEET MAGNOLIAS. According to deadline.com, who reported the exclusive news, Bruening will play “Bill Townsend, Serenity’s leading pediatrician who struggles to navigate life in a small town after an unexpected fall from grace.” Monica Potter (ex-Sharon, Y&R) also stars in the series.
