Morgan Fairchild To DAYS!

Soap vet Morgan Fairchild (ex-Sydney, THE CITY et al) has been tapped to play Anjelica Deveraux on DAYS and will begin airing this summer. “I was thrilled to get to work with great folks like Deidre Hall [Marlena] and Judi Evans [Adrienne] on an iconic show like DAYS OF OUR LIVES,” she tells Digest exclusively. “What a joy and what fun to come into work each day! We had a great time, I now have 2 new best friends and I hope the audience loves our storyline!” The character, previously played by Jane Elliot (ex-Tracy, GH) and Judith Chapman (Gloria, Y&R), as well as Shelley Taylor Morgan (ex-Lorena, GH), was last seen in Salem in 1991. Anjelica shares a son, Alexander, with Justin, and was Jack’s stepmother.
