In an Instagram post, DAYS’s Greg Vaughan (Eric) revealed that he had been offered a role on CBS’s MACGYVER, but was unable to take it due to his work commitments at DAYS. The Emmy-winning star posted, “It is with great pleasure that I was offered a role & Opportunity to be a part of this great cast & show @macgyvercbs for which I greatly enjoyed, my working schedule @nbcdays required recasting. Thank you ALL.” To clarify: The Emmy-winning actor is not leaving DAYS; his role on MACGYVER was recast.
