In 2000, Sursok got her big break when she landed the role of Dani Sutherland on the popular Australian television series, HOME AND AWAY. Upon relocating to the United States, she went on to appear in the film Aquamarine and guest-starred on the CBS comedy series RULES OF ENGAGEMENT. Sursok is also set to appear in the 2009 film Crossing Over, opposite Sean Penn and Harrison Ford.
Acting aside, Sursok also has a successful music career as a Sony/BMG recording artist. She has three top 10 hits and two No. 1 songs. Her first single, "Pointless Relationship," was released in October 2004 and debuted at No. 2 on the Australian ARIA charts.
