At Tabitha's house, she and Endora were searching for Fluffy when an earthquake struck Harmony. Tabby realized that this was the beginning of the end of the town. Once the shaking stopped, Fluffy ran into her cage. Tabitha was horrified to learn that she and Endora were now trapped in the house, as no doors or windows would open. Endora asked her mother what to do. Tabby tried to check the Magic Bowl but was "dissed," since she no longer had her powers. Endora then asked the bowl for an update and it erupted in flames. Tabby grabbed a fire extinguisher and put out the bowl. The remaining image horrified her. It was an erupting volcano, prophesizing that Mount Harmony was about to erupt. (Apparently, Hecuba discovered its existence when she and Tabby arrived with the pilgrims.) Tabby instructed Endora to ask the Bowl who was responsible for the destruction to come. Endora gazed and saw a man with the initials J.Z., who was pulling the feathers out of a dead peacock! Endora tried in vain to get them out of the house. Tabby feared Harmony would end up like Pompeii.

At the waterfront, Juanita, still disguised as a nun, mistakenly believed the quake was the bomb blast at the church. She laughed maniacally until the rumbling stopped and she realized that the church was still intact. Juanita was furious and when her remote detonator didn't work, she hustled off to set the timer manually.

The crowd in the church panicked as the quake shook the structure and the lights went out. When Father Lonnigan told the congregation to pray, the ground settled. Gwen fumed as Ethan went to check on Gertrude. Once everyone recovered, Ethan and Gwen's renewal ceremony began. As Gwen silently told herself she finally beat Theresa, Gertrude silently lamented that without Ethan, she might as well be dead. As the service continued, Gertrude couldn't watch anymore and went to the back of the church to pray. Just then, Juanita arrived to reset the bomb. Gertrude spotted her and chased after her.

At the altar, Ethan lamented to himself that he wanted Theresa, but he proceeded with his vows to Gwen. As the ceremony continued, Little Ethan tried to fix Sam's video camera. Rebecca said to herself that she was so proud of herself and Gwen that they succeeded with all their scheming. Meanwhile, Pilar secretly hoped Gwen would burn in hell. Sheridan reiterated to Antonio how glad she is that he's alive and he came back to her. Little Ethan fixed the camera and showed Sam, as Pilar fretted that Gwen and Rebecca have won.

Gertrude followed Juanita to the basement, where she discovered the ticking bomb. Before she could run, Juanita showed up. Gertrude begged the nun to help her but Juanita revealed that she figured out Gertrude is really Theresa and then removed her habit to reveal her own true identity. Juanita then pulled a gun on Theresa. Theresa ripped off the Gertrude wig and vowed that she wasn't going down without a fight. Juanita cocked the pistol.

What fashion accessory did Sam say he would need to wear to family occasions now that him and Rebecca are in-laws?
