At the hospital, Esme fretted over Julian and his mismatched manhood. "Poor Julian. I hope I don't worry about it falling off every time we make love," she sighed and compared him to a certain pop star...who's had a lot of plastic surgery. Meanwhile, in the operating room, a disguised Vincent taunted Eve over botching Julian's penis surgery. "There's still plenty enough left," laughed Vincent. "Not that he can do much with it. Not even Rebecca Hotchkiss is that limber." Vincent then praised his "dual-purpose equipment." Ewww!!! Eve threatened to tell everyone about him, but he wasn't scared. In the hallway, Esme regretted not seeing his attacker. Viki was offended when Esme referred to the attacker as being a "sick freak"... Sam overheard Eve and the nurse chatting and wondered what they were discussing. Eve prepared to tell him about Vincent, but then Julian began moaning in pain. Viki feared he'd name his attacker.... Vincent quietly warned Eve that he'd kill everyone she loves. (What, has he been chatting with Juanita?) Eve quickly got everyone out of the room. Viki planned to finish killing Crane, but kept talking to herself.... Eve explained to the group how Julian's penis was attached upside-down. Everyone stood there slack-jawed. In another hospital room, Sheridan confronted a "pregnant" Pretty. She noted that she'd never win over Luis by getting an abortion and suspected that Pretty was hiding something....At the Crane mansion, Fancy continued to worry about how the pregnancy would affect her and Luis's relationship. He assured Fancy that she's important to him. Later, Sheridan called to inform him that Pretty was about to have an abortion. Fancy was disappointed when Luis suddenly left.

Also at the Crane mansion, Gwen was thrilled to have Ethan back in her bed. She was confident that she could make him forget about Theresa.... Pilar sadly stared at a picture of Theresa. Paloma joined her and tried to comfort her mom.... Theresa thought about how she wasn't able to break up Ethan and Gwen. Out loud, she wondered if she should stay dead and gone. Little Ethan overheard her and begged her not to leave. She agreed to stick around for her kids' sakes. Later, Rebecca interrupted Gwen and Ethan while they were having sex.
